We had five step come do one of my carpets and they did such a great job that we had Chris and his partner come out to do our engineered floors. They were absolutely beautiful when they were done. My first experience with FSCCA was excellent. Cleaning a very soiled silk rug and floor lining came out looking brand new and cleaned two soiled recliners with coffee stains. They took the rug and lining to clean in-house. Back in less than 2 weeks. Very nice folks and communicative. I'm so glad that I found them. Just in time for the holidays.

What a hardworking outfit! Chris & crew arrived on time, got right to work, and did a splendid job on our 30-year-old couch. Embedded stains are so gone! It looks like a new couch. As he assured us, the carpets did not transfer any moisture onto our wood floors; the carpets were barely damp to the touch and only on the top. We are very pleased with the results and would definitely use this company again. Highly recommended. And local too!

I can’t say enough about Scott and his team at five stop carpet care. I called him in a panic when my African desert tortoise took a giant poop on my brand new white rug! He eased my mind and came to pick up that rug and another rug for cleaning. The stain is completely gone and the service was stellar. He even manage to get the rug back to me the day before Thanksgiving in time for my family gathering. We’ll be customers for life.

Update: I had 5 step come to the house today and they were great, on time and respectful of the interior. It took them about a half hr to fix our stain issue that we should have gotten removed 10 years ago. I would highly recommend them for any carpet or rug cleaning or hardwood floor cleaning. Very professional in short I really like them, and would use them again, in a second.I give them 7 out of 5 stars

I cannot express my gratitude to 5 Step carpet care. We had a sprinkler break at one of my accounts in Asheville, North Carolina. We had some oriental rugs and Persian rugs that got wet during the sprinkler break.5 Step Carpet care, are experts at oriental rugs and Persian rugs. Originally I called 5 Step Carpet Care because they are a "green" business. I trusted them with my antique oriental rugs and they came back beautifully. Color restored and very soft, I also got excellent rug pads for continual care. I have so much faith in them i had them clean small area rugs hand hooked by my father. We have one room with installed carpet that would be better replaced but 5 Step gets it looking so much better I can put it off. On top of their excellent work they are friendly and helpful. Really its a 10 star business!

I had never considered that a carpet cleaning service would also clean tile floors! Five Step Carpet Care came out right away to give an estimate, we were scheduled in a short time, they were punctual, professional, and thorough. The tile is so clean and they did the hard grout cleaning that I endured two years ago - well worth the price I paid! They also cleaned an area rug while they were on the job and it is much cleaner and fresher! I plan to have them back once a year!

Carpet cleaning is a reality of life for homes with carpet. For years, I just dealt with mediocre service because I simply don’t have the time or equipment to do it myself. My neighbor recommended 5 Step and I reluctantly called. Seriously so impressed! Our carpet is 12 years old. We have children and dogs (And a new puppy) and the carpet looks new. I am not a regular review writer but I would recommend 5 step to anyone who needs carpet cleaning. I actually scheduled the appointment a month out to align with some events we have coming up. They were on time, ready to work, and even added an area I didn’t schedule (new puppy) for a great price.

The quality and workmanship is superior. My hardwoods never looked so good. Having a puppy, they came in and spot cleaned all of our little mistakes. You wouldn't know we have a puppy. Five Step cleaned all my oriental carpets and kept them while I was moving. After I moved they cleaned and buffed the 40 year old hardwood floors and I was stunned by the difference. From dull and dirty to shiny and new! After doing the floors they put down the beautifully cleaned carpets and my place now feels like home. The job they did was great and I will be calling on them again. Garrett and his brother took the time to come to my new home for an estimate last minute to work around my needing to leave town without complaint. They listened to all of my questions. They even helped carry a massive box upstairs, so my mother and I did not have to do it ourselves. They came back just a few days later to clean the carpets, and they look wonderful!! We called Five Step at the recommendation of a friend who used them in 2018. They showed up exactly on time, did a great job and were super affordable. We had a challenge that required an additional visit to complete the work on our kitchen floors and they only charged a small additional fee to do the work. Great guys and I can't recommend them enough - we will definitely be using them again in the future.

We’ve been using Five Step for years. After the first carpet cleaning years ago we never looked for another service. They are friendly and professional. They do an outstanding job, will spend extra time and effort on those tough stains. What’s nice too, is the carpets aren’t totally soaked for the next two days. You want to talk about professional, fast , and above superior job of getting my kids drink, dirt and food stains out of my area rugs. They are a godsend for sure. I thought my rug would be trashed. Super reasonably priced and would recommend to anyone. Not only that but the got my tile floor grout cleaned (they used this awesome special tool they had) - maybe cleaner then the day it was done. Garrett did a fabulous job on our carpets! We had a few really tough spots especially right by the front door where the rubber is coming off of the door. It was almost black and it basically looks brand new now! Plus their scented stuff smells great 🙂 Would recommend to anyone! Completely green & pet safe!
